Due to the fact that all of our products are made to order, all sales are final!
You cannot return or replace your item after you have purchased it.
All products come with a Lifetime Warranty, meaning if the thread breaks and or some manufacturing flaw threatens the structure of our product- we'll fix it if we are able to, or replace it if we cannot. However, the warranty does not cover negligence- we will not fix or replace anything due to:
-it being used s a chew toy
-spilling your morning coffee or afternoon tea on it
-forgetting it in your taxi/uber/lyft ride
-etc.
Return shipping fee will be at customer's expense. We will cover for the shipping back to you
Shipping
Since all of our products are made-to-order, it may take about 1-2 weeks to get your item shipped. 3 weeks if we are really packed, expect this around the holiday season. We are not yet able to give handmade quality at Amazon light speed.
Shipping costs and credit card/paypal fees are non-refundable.
